I was just doing the rune mysteries quest with my friend when, my screen turned pitch black. I was online and i could see my character but everything around it was black. Please Help

Since my comments were deleted for no reason I'm going to ask again that whenever you admins decide to help this guy, please change my coordinates on WS to lumby or something so I can play again.
