Major plot hole right there. CIA claims the flight plan he filed with the agency lists him, his men, the doctor, but only one of them. If CIA really only had 1 of them listed in the flight plan, then how would he have gotten away with not actually throwing them off the plane? CIA clearly never intends on throwing any of the hired guns from the plane, so either

1. CIA lied to Bane and the hired guns and actually listed all of them in the flight plan, but then they would expect ALL of them in the wreckage instead of just one. This would mean suspicions would have been raised when there was only one of the three hired guns in the wreckage.

OR

2. Bane knew CIA was lying about the flight plan, and the one Bane refers to as "brother" is his actual brother. Bane lied to his brother in order to make sure he stays in charge. Either way this still doesn't explain CIA's intentions.

I will miss Christan Bale's batman for sure. One of my favorite quotes by him in this movie was, "I'm not afraid, I'm angry!". I also loved the "Why do we fall? So we can pick ourselves back up" theme from these movies. I don't know if anyone will be able to make a finer superhero trilogy than Nolan did.
