Missing Npc's

Charles:
The edgeville prison is lacking some security.

Bookmonk:
Kathy Corkat - this npc will allow you to travel , after paying a fee  of 50 gp to the Piscatoris Fishing Colony. After Swan Song quest there wil be no fee charged for the using to boat to travel. I was curious if there was something up here but there isnt.

Bookmonk:
2 elves guarding the gate wich should be up on top of the wall. Also the gate wont let you enter wich makes sense because Regicide quest and starting Mourning's end part 1 quest is needed to go trough.

I was checking out what else doesnt work at Trollheim mountain and Troll Stronghold. At the printscreen you can see it.

There should also be thrower trolls on the very last level of Trollheim, on the northern side just a bit east of the enterance to the Ice Path. Also the cave does not work to the south of the agility shortcut.
