RuneRebels 2.0.9

I know that this is a small update, but I wanted to get the latest code from the testing stage into the release stage and identify what is causing some major bugs; such as the bugs with the Slayer skill.

- The bugs with Slayer have been identified and involve the database; I will be looking for developers to fix them.
- Added ::slayerdebug for developers.
- Added ::clearslayertask for developers.
- Added ::setdefaultchateffects for administrators.
- Added the Wilderness in Edgeville dungeon.
- Fixed some bugs in the engine.

Just a few small things.

Is the wilderniss aggro plugin workin atm?
So that the chaos druids will aggro you :p

Maybe herbs will start to be worth more now people can be pked there.

I'm not too sure if this is an update for us players to read about but at least we're being informed. I guess.

so im guessing no one just read my thread of a bug that i found and no staff can help me? please read under report a bug.
