« on: January 08, 2014, 05:24:15 am »
I've gotten invited to the Beta to Elder scrolls online and wonder if anyone else got invited and would like to play this weekend.
So far we are three people that will level through pvp :)

I got my invite for the second time. Might have to do with the fact that when I signed and it asked for computer specs I googled top gaming computers specs and Copy/pasted that.  ;D I might if I download it. The game is like 20GB and I get 6MPS DL, but when I DL no one else can connect to wifi. So yes the struggle is VERY real.

I got in and played today, but tbh it is really boring... I think today's MMORPGs are just not made for me nomore... questing is very similar to WoW and the combat is only interesting the first couple hours...it's a good thing i got this chance to try it out, because now i know im definately not buying it at release. The UI is the only similar thing to skyrim. Everything else feels like a MMORPG which I think will turn a lot of console gamers off.

Even though I said myself that I don't like the game, I would recommend this game IF you liked games such as Guild Wars 2... It has a very similar feel to it. The only problem is that it will be $15 a month. I, however, do not want to play another MMORPG that has you level to max with pointless quests and then grind dungeons for better gear. I think Shroud of Avatar will suit me much better and anyone who cares about deep crafting and exploration.

I also would not recommend it. The combat was okay. I didn't get that far as I got disconnected after 10 min in game and didn't rush to go back and play. To tell you the truth an Online fallout would of been BETTER. Just a note If your video card isn't the greatest like mine. I would not recommend. My video card cost me $70 (worth $100) and I don't wanna have to buy a $250 to get better looking graphics.

Considering the horribly inflated initial purchase price and the monthly prices that will go with this game, not interested.

You know that weird flavour in your mouth when you woke up this morning? Yup, that was me.
