Two minor mage bugs

Sorry if these are already known, but I've two little issues:
When alchemizing amulets, I wore one, and recieved a nasty little string of blitz errors.
This might not be a real bug, but it stopped my attempt to enter the magic guild cold: when below 50 magic, it should boost magic by two levels, when above 50, it gives a 3-level boost.
