Does crumble undead work well?

Hi im casting crumble undead on skeletons but it misses A LOT and doesnt really hit high a lot..

Is it working correctly?

I think it works, I've use it before and had no problems with it. Perhaps you need a higher magic level, or more magic bonus'?
