What I did wrong during a PK

Ok last night I was in a skype call with Mjrogers2 , and he got so annoying so I went were he was I started attacking him , and I knew I would win because my friend irl just got mod and i was going to convince him that Mjrogers2 Was glitched and needed kicked off server . So i got Mjrogers2 Kicked off the server while we were in a pk fight , and I killed him and took his stuff and sold it .
I take full responsibility , I will take what ever punishment I deserve , I did return Most of his items , I gave him cash for what I sold of his .
Another thing I want to apologize to Winning for him trusting me when I was lieing , I abused his Mod Powers and im sorry :(. Good Day
