i'm pretty sure the pyrefiends drop table needs a look at. i think they should have a chance at the rare drop table too, idk

In addition: Rock (Level 111) should deal 31 damage with melee, Stick (Level 104) should deal 27 damage with melee, Pee Hat (Level 91) should deal 23 damage with melee and Kraka (Level 91) should also deal 23 damage with melee. Mountain trolls (Level 69) should deal 11 damage with their melee, and the thrower trolls (Level 67), which by the way are non-existant at this time, should deal up to 10 damage with ranged.
