The combat level in rs was calculated like this:
0,25*HP + 0,25*DEF + 0,125*PRAYER + (the highest value of one of those: MAGE*0,5 / RANGE*0,5 / (ATT+STR)* 0,3333)
There is also one level in summoning shown... not sure if it effects our combat lvl. If it does you gotta add 0,125 cb lvls
99% sure that this i right, but idk if the RR team also uses this formula

EDIT: I don't know how this works out with the starting level of 3... so soz, the formula isnt complete yet...
