The one I'm using is not the default one that comes with windows. It's a custom made one I found on the internet. I love it so much because it has a lot of nice colours that I like and it just looks nice.

My desktop mostly consists of my most used stuff and my non-steam games. My other applications like MS Office, printer stuff, image editing software, etc. is all in my start menu. This way my desktop stays somewhat nice and organized. ;)

I never realized I have vlc pinned as well as a shortcut.

Also, i watched the video. I think those girls are trying too hard. Korean women and their over hyped "Kpop" music just doesn't appeal to me.

The one on the right is not the same person and I've changed my avatar several times, I'll change since you think it's weird.
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by working too hard, but you kind of have to work hard to get anywhere in life.
