Slayer monsters that don't count towards task

Dagganoths - normal dagganoths will count towards task. slaying a dagganoth spawn does not count towards the task.
can be found in fremmy town if you go through the narnia portal.

Otherworldly being - these can be assigned without completion of lost city. this is wrong. should not do that. they can be found, but do not count towards slayer kills, nor give xp.

werewolf - can be found. i completed priest in peril along with my alt, so idk if you can get assigned this without the quest. they are buggy. if you attack the human form and get it low on hp, it should have less than half if you attack with a normal wep to make it a wererwolf with low hp. this does not happen. they don't count towards task, and don't give slayer xp

Been given the Otherworldly being and killing them is not giving me any slayer xp either. Any notes on a upcoming patch or if my slayer assignment can be changed?
