Stile when crossing fields in North Ardy

When crossing the first stile over to the grain field in north Ardy, it works but for some reason has a little delay and visual interference.
Upon crossing the next one that's linked to the cow pen, action is clickable but does not work.
Edit: In addition, crossing from the other direction does not work also. (Only applies to the cow pen crossing)
