Banking inserting bug

If you leave "insert" selected in the bank, close the bank and relog keeping the client open, weird banking issues happen.  After said is done moving items to other spots causes icons to duplicate and switching from insert to swap back to insert fails to fix the problem.  Either a full client reboot or selecting insert in the bank without moving items fixes this.
