Login server offline?

Hey, my bad if this is in the wrong spot...

I can't login because the login servers are offline? but I see that 6 players are online so idk whats happening.

PS - What are some relatively new monsters, quests, skilling updates? I haven't been around for months and I'm excited to try the new stuff!!

I had problems logging in earlier, I thought it was the shitty wifi at my grandparents house I guess it wasn't that.

Its obviously an issue with the login server, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
