Can't sell stuff to obby shops

Did this affect the 133's and 149's?  I know there was an insane exploit, but I never saw the tokkul increase in those - it only appeared that the number of items increased slightly.

And since this was bumped, I will put my support behind only being able to trade obby items in for tokkul.

I don't think the increase of items has to do with those tokkuls, Tzhaar drops overall are fucked, spent a few hours(max 3) and got some pretty good loot.
