Unreachable Area (Varrock Sewers)

 I was walking down to Moss Giants in the varrock sewers when i saw that this web is impossible to walk through. As you can see I slashed through it and it wont let me through. This seems like a simple fix. Right?  :-\

Its been fixed by teleporting you to the other side, however the bug still remains and is missing the animation, therefore i will file it under the webs section
