Boat from Karamja to Ardougne doesn't work

there is no npc there to allow you to travel, this is a must this is a very fast way to get to Ardougne from port sarim.

was going to work on thieving guess it's time to call it quits for the night  :'(

Also, the boat on the south side of Karamja (west of Shilo Village) doesn't work either. I don't even remember where this boat goes anymore honestly, I just had the same issue with the Brimhaven boat so I ran south to try this one XD.
