not sure if bug

i was recently doing the quest (imp catcher) and i noticed that when i attacked the wizard NPC by accident i climbed to the second floor of the wizard tower and the wizard was still blasting me through the floor so then i climbed to the top floor and still the same issue i know its not big but if it was to be a low level (player) that attempted to complete this quest this may cause a problem

i know this isnt a very huge problem but please.. no hate
