Npcs after quests

I'm not sure about the other 3 quests but for Imp Catcher, when you talk to Wizard Mizgog after you have already finished the quest, it shows the same dialogue as if you didn't start the quest yet. I planned on going there because he's supposed to sell Amulet of Accuracy for 5k after you finish the quest incase you happen to lose yours. A fix would be appreciated :D as I have lost my ammy of accuracy.
