In the game we are still patiently waiting for Morytania to be released, and we don't have mort myre fungus available as of yet because of the unreleased areas.

regular energy potions are quite common if you're looking for those.
& super energy potions are sort of rare atm because there was a bug in the beginning of herblore in which
making an energy potion gets you a super energy potion
