now I didn't sell items , I tried on one person , and I got warned by happyguy3216 and I haven't tried again . So did I break a rule.

You were asking a question about if you could sell RR stuff for irl money so I don't think that's breaking the rules. Apparently you can sell/buy rsgp for RR stuff though which I think is kinda stupid to not have in the Real World Trading rule.

On an unrelated note....I pmed one of the admins about that rule and have yet to get an answer.

I'm not saying you actually did it, i'm saying you weren't asking. You were telling people that you were selling. You weren't simply asking if it was against the rules because you already knew that selling for irl money was.
