Just ignore the other player, and don't assume anything about them.

I just wanted to report it because I don't want to deal with the immaturity and I'm sure if he does it to me, he will as well to other new players.

Also, I've easily brought in 50+ players. considering 150 players online at a time. 30%.

Thanks for your report, as your proof doesn't provide us with anything really though we can do much. Ignoring characters should work currently (ignore list) but if the harassment continues report them VIA the "Report Abuse" button in game.
