I couldn't find what I think Prayer originally started (old screenshots thread).
So I decided i'd post my own and I will move this if necessary :3
This was like my first week of RuneRebels
One of the community events, I'm not sure when it was but GameCube won XP lamps if I remember correctly.
I believe this was the first (or one of the first) days that Sean was a developer/admin.
My buddy Callum and myself above tutorial island after finding a levitation glitch, I posted a video onto YouTube of that event whilst it was happening, in fact, I was late for a Mathematics exam because I was having so much fun flying around.
And finally, Onur claiming that this chick on his Plex display picture is four years old. Yeah, I wondered what on Earth he meant, too.

Sold my Rune Scim before the release of "RuneRebels 2.0" under the impression that Lost City would of been released, since it's been so long I may as well buy one back because it doesn't look like I'll get my dscim for a while.

During college hours recently I have become excessively bored of sitting on the damn computer typing essays, so I decided that I'd start playing Travian alongside doing this.
Make a Travian account, do your work and head back to Travian now and again to see how your village is coming along, and upgrade it and what not, it's a hell of a lot better than sitting there bored.

Off Topic / Why Do YOU Play MMORPG's?

When I was making s documentary for college about video games, I suppose I looked into this topic a lot, and I just wanted to hear your reasonings behind your love for RuneScape or whatever fantasy virtual worlds you choose to portray yourselves in.
I guess the only explanation (true explanation) that I've realised is that it's a lot about the lack of achievements people obtain in real life.I mean, not to sound a bit sad but I guess one of the reasons we spend our valuable time playing games like this, is because it's an easier option than making accomplishments in real life.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be an astronaut. But that's never going to happen, we all have goals as humans that we set ourselves, and often we find ourselves in a situation where we feel its impossible to achieve them.
I'm not speaking for everyone obviously, but I know that I've had times where I've been so set on levelling up in the game that it's become no longer fun, but I always think "You know what, it'll be worth it because I'll be able to do ....". If I were to motivate myself this way in the outside world then I could of achieved so much more than I have done sitting on my ass for hours on end online.
I believe one of the reasons behind my need to play these types of games is down to self-worth, I can have no job, no education, no social life in reality, but in the game as long as I keep playing and wasting my time eventually I'll become a high leveled player with loads of cool shit and my goal will be reached, giving me a sense of gratitude.
Maybe video games are just away for us to become who we really aspire to be, we don't get labeled and judged like we would in the outside world, we can explore and do amazing things, complete quests and meet people from the comfort of our own computer desks..
At the same time I feel that community is a major role in why I play these types of games , I can sit on my ass and play Zelda all day but I'm only achieving something for myself when I'm doing so, because its only me making an influence on that virtual world, but with MMO's, there's hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people just like myself that I can play with, discuss things with, and defy the limitations that I can't do on my own. Not only this but each game has communities dedicated to what they love, I mean, whether you go to the bar and watch the football after work with your buddies after work, or slay some monsters with your online pals and complete quests together, what's the difference?
Maybe I'm thinking too deeply into this, after all I guess the main reason we play these games is because it's a fun release and detachment from the sometimes unhappy or dreary lives that we live, not saying that I live a depression filled life, but I do know that I enjoy playing RuneRebels more than going go college, or going for a walk around the park, but the question is should I? Is this a problem, or is this a good thing?
But yeah I hope you guys have something valuable to say haha! :3

Other Games / Order & Chaos: Online

I'm not sure how many of you actively play MMO's on iOS and Android, but I came across this game a few days ago and it's just amazing.
Granted, it's basically one of those games that tries to clone WoW but I must admit, this game does it well. I tried playing some MMORPG's like Arcane Legends and Avabel, even Ragnarok, but thought I'd try this one because of the good reviews..
I don't usually pay for games on my tablet, I either download free ones or pirate the APK files, but I decided I would for once and it paid off, it's only £0.69 as well so not bad at all, and I've been hooked for the past few days.
You start off the game with the generic character customisation and class selection, like most RPG's, and get thrown into a pretty expansive world. Tons of quests are there to complete and the level cap is currently at 70, loads of mounts, quests, dungeons, enemies and gear to equipt, so much that it is probably on par to most PC MMO's.
Admittedly there are micro transactions in the game for "Platinum" coins which allow you to basically buy things without farming gold, but it doesn't take away from the quality of the world that these people have created.
For someone who doesn't play (and does not intend to play) World of Warcraft and Elder Scrolls Online and other games along those lines, this one is real fun and immersive.
So yeah if you've got a dollar, pound, or euro to spare I reccomend you check it out, they've also got a MOBA type game with a similar name (Order & Chaos: "Insert Name Here*), and also a card based game similar to Magic: The Gathering.
Posting this on my tablet right now so I can't take full advantage of forum tags and what not, so here is a direct link to the a good review I watched that influenced me to purchase the game.
I'm off the play some more haha.

Why, oh why, do I always miss out on the cool stuff that occurs here..
Bah.
Alright so those who may know me and wondered where I went (again, I disappear a lot), I got into a bit of bother with a cluster of things in real life, such as late assignments, and arguments with Mother Reveng3. But ya, I vanished around February time I think it was, so obviously I missed out on these beautiful, beautiful party hats I see some fuss has been made about.
Clearly I've missed a lot, and I'm strangely too lazy to read all of the update lists, so all I want to know is:
Is lost city out yet? Traded my scimmy for 300k months ago in the hope to receive a d long the same week but had no luck :C
And is there a possibility I could get my hands on a sexy hat sometime in the future? I've missed every single holiday event have no cool things in the bank And if not, what's gwanin this Easter?
But regardless, I'm waiting on my computer to be fixed so I have no way of getting online.. I think I was alching yew bows back in February but I can't remember.
You've heard it enough times from me, and you'll hear it even more in the future, but I'll soon be back with my majestic character slaying dragons and saving princesses, I'm just not entirely sure when :S I ended up giving away all of my stuff on ultimatescape a while back so I have no interest in returning to that once I get to scape again, and my soulsplit character has an addiction to gambling.
