« on: February 13, 2013, 12:02:41 am »Hello guys, Let me explain something to you really quick the server was getting ddos'd earlier today, and caused for a server restart. Now some people have reported roll backs. If you didn't know, when a administrator does a system update, and it reaches 0:00 it does a massive save of all charcter files. Now that being said, There is a ton of players online, and some files may not be saved. So, Too help prevent this follow these steps.
1. When a system update pops up, log out!
2. Wait around 3-4 minutes to attempt to log back in.
Now you may be asking, why would this help saving my files?
Well, When you log out it saves your file! And it also would prevent less stress on the server when the system udpate reaches 0:00 because you're already logged out! Hope this helps!
