General / Something f'd up with client

I got connection lost in-game and closed the client and opened another one with run.bat and it came up as allgofree worldscape background and now I can't login.. I get error connecting to server

When will safespotting be easier? like running around fences and objects and making it to where the monsters can't come around? It's very hard at 1 def to train anything that hits high. That was a major major part of runescape.

Vote to play would essentially take everyone to a screen upon login kind of like when you create a new user it takes you to the "create an account" screen. Instead of having the massive list that we have we can just have the top 5 sites with the highest traffic and let people vote on those before they login everyday. Idk if there would be any way to set it on login just once within a 24 hour period or what but if it was possible this would be a great way to do things. It would bring us a lot more people and I think the players that are playing want a bigger player base

I was stealing from tea stall in varrock and wanted to bank the teas and withdraw them noted to drop them instead of dropping 28 times but it wouldn't let me withdraw as a noted from my bank. I've also noticed that if you exit your bank with the "noted" option selected it will be come up that way the next time so that it will withdraw something noted but it doesn't come out noted.. the noted option is red and selected but it won't come out noted basically..

also, invalid music request around the body altar as I was coming from edgeville to craft bodies..

has stacking been fixed for thrown weapons? also what about speed differences?

if they aren't fixed how hard would that be to fix? I'm dying.... DYING to train range.. is it a difficult update or somewhat easily done?

Current World Events / Anybody else get hit by the storm?

I had 2 inches of snow and over an inch of ice in my town.. cops aren't answering calls, no businesses open, and the highway to get out of town is closed until morning because of 3 different wrecks. I had to walk to work this morning at 5:30am in the middle of all of it... ffs

Is the rest of the week ALL double xp? or will there be 2 days of double xp left and then 1 on the weekend? Or something else??

I've asked a lot of people and nobody 100% knows. not even player mods.

also what is the "Rebel Leader" tag under my name? Is it related to post count or something else? I've always wondered just never asked lol.. I don't do forums or games so I don't know shit like that.

It was posted 25 minutes ago that the server was back up and running but I still can't log on? It's still giving me the error connecting to server.. so I closed the client and brought another one back up and tried again and it's still doing it. I know the rules about posting about server status but this is geared towards the facebook status that was posted so I don't think it's necessarily spamming "omfg the server is down screw you guys I hate RR".. I'm just bringing up a problem I'm having. I don't want you guys to think it's up and working for everyone when it's not.. that would be bad

Todo / brimhaven gate

I forgot to take a screenshot before I logged but in world 2 it's open and I tried to go through it but it was acting like it was closed.. I tried opening it by clicking on the "open" gate and it stayed the same.. my red marker was showing up on the other side of the gate but my player would just stand there and couldn't get through. I changed to world 1 and I got through.
