Report a Bug / Runecrafting Entering rcing altars

When you go to restore your runecrafting pouches and try to enter the mysterious ruins again with a tiara there is no option to enter it.
Re-wearing the tiara brings back the option tho.

I got the slayer task ogres, if i kill them they dont reset on my gem and i dont get xp.
I can't get an other task or dont know what to do.
I got this task before the 2.0.8 update.
