Off Topic / Random RS video I found myself in.

So... I was bored and found a video of that old Project RS06 server. It's a video of a clan war that happened and I ended up running into it when solo pking! The funny thing is that I was wearing the same colored cape as one of the clans so I decided to crash it. FYI I'm "Rainbow Dash" in the video I was in green robes with a water staff + dragon-fire. Was also funny when people realized I was there because I was known for being the highest wc + fletch, also the only person able to make the msb for quite some time.  8)

I've personally stopped playing quite some time ago due to lack of new content and updates. Realistically I doubt this server will ever get anywhere nor will other private servers (bad coding, DDoS attacks, etc). Probably best to just go play OSRS and deal with the dumb changes they have made to the game because its the closest thing you will get to 06/07 Runescape while having a community to go with it.

Off Topic / Made a Windows theme while bored....

I was bored and decided to make a Windows XP styled theme! The theme is blue (without transparency) and includes a 1080p bliss wallpaper and the Windows XP sounds. The theme works on windows 7 and 8. Mine looks a little different because I'm using a custom start menu icon.

So I just found out something interesting! Apparently Jace Hall the founder and CEO of Monolith Productions (creators of Blood, Fear, Condemned, etc.) did a $10,000 dollar giveaway to anyone that was able to beat a very hard map on Doom. The catch was that it was using the "Hard Doom" mod which I created back in 2008 and update on and off randomly. 3 People apparently beat the map after the deadline and ended up winning $5,000 dollars anyways! I should totally have seen some money since they won it on my mod! 8) Anyways I felt like sharing this because I'm a very huge fan of Monolith's games and was very surprised to see something I created used for a giveaway by Jace!.... I'm also very surprised that he is a fan of my mod.  ;D

I forgot to mention before.... if you want a browser based point and click MMORPG you could try Eldevin, I played it for a while it has a sort of Runescape feel and is pretty good.

There is an unlimited list of free multi-player games. Plenty on Steam and you can also look up games on other sites like MMOBomb and MMOHuts. Even if your PC is a piece of shit you can easily find something you can run! I can't really help you out suggesting a game though as most stuff I'm interested in right now is either alpha or early-beta and very buggy/unoptimized. :)
