Are the red dragons in Brimhaven accessible?  The log to cross the lava does not work for me, neither does the pipe to squeeze through.  I would assume that you need agility for one or both of these, but it gives me no message saying "you need level ___ agility to use this shortcut" or anything like that.  :(
