when i run the downloaded client run.bat i get this error

sorry man my computer doesnt download .exe do u have any jarred clients?

how do i do that

please help me the webclient isnt working for me java is not letting me run it and i downloaded the latest java.
The downloadeable client doesnt work for me either is there a jarred client
