Yes I know this has been suggested and asked before but hear me out.
I'm not suggesting that the devs add skillcapes in fully atm because I know it's been rejected a few times.
What I am suggesting is that the FIRST person to reach 99 in a skill would receive that skillcape.
I'm not after a skillcape if that's what your thinking.
What I am after is to help the server.Okay so lets be real here this increase of players is partially because of the old players coming back to do some slayer.This won't stay for long I can almost guarantee that.
With the recent release of slayer,most people will be doing it.But for what goal?There's no motivation to stay online and try and get 99.The slayer skillcape is the motivation and personally if it was added I'd nerd my ass trying to get it.
To wrap things up
- Giving skillcapes to the people who reach 99 first will result in more players online competing for them
- A majority of the old and new players would stay online longer and make the servers numbers look better
- We just need one big push to bring the servers popularity back and the more people online the better right?
(Tbh I'm expecting a rejection but hopefully not ;D)

Also if it was top 5 or ten it would be an annoyance to the devs and they probably won't add it
