Hello RuneRebels!
We are in need of a banner for our top sites! There are a few requirements, though:
1. Needs to fit on our top sites banner lists.
2. Has to be a moving GIF image
3. Has to have "RuneRebels 2006 remake" somewhere.
4. Cannot have any type of watermarks on it.
The winner of this contest will receive a special forum title, colored forum username (color of your choice), and the ability to access the donator only forums!

This has been discussed before, the reason why we don't do this is because of copyright issues and yes, PRS06 did use it, but they got hit with a copyright claim by Jagex that alot of people don't know about lol....
Using our own forum skin just prevents us from being noticed by Jagex more and prevents us from being hit with a copyright claim :P

I will try and make one a good/decent one but what size do you suggest James? So that I don't put a lot of work in and it be the wrong size. :o ;D

Well, I got bored and decided to make us a banner.

So far this is the best banner, and I agree, the slower one is better. However, the banner looks plain in a way that it's just a gif showing off runescape from 2006, and we just have the server's name in big letters. IMO it could use some RuneRebels flare added in somewhere.
