Well first they would need to add fire breathing, which currently no dragon has.
Secondly they would need to make it have multiple attack types, like magic then sometimes melee.
then add attacks that poison and reduce the player's stats
after that perfect the dragon by adding this:
Quote
The King Black Dragon has 3 unblockable breath attacks: Poison, Shock, and Freeze. His normal dragonfire has a max hit of 65 with no protection, 15 with Anti-dragon or Dragonfire Shield, and completely blocked with both the shield and Antifire potion. The KBD's dragonfire is significantly stronger then normal dragonfire which has a max hit of 50 if unprotected. His Poison, Shock, and Freeze breaths can be reduced to 10 damage with the Antidragon or Dragonfire Shield. The Antifire potion has NO effect against these 3 unique attacks, only the normal dragonfire. Thus, the player will be fully protected from the KBD's regular dragonfire with the shield and an Antifire, but his special breaths can still deal up to 10 damage.

don't forget the anti-dragon shields! Which can only be obtained during the Dragon Slayer quest. Lovely right?

Would KBD be difficult to put into the game?
well, um it'll take some time lol

They could potentially complete dragon slayer up to the point where you receive the anti-dragon shield, this would allow it to be implemented into the game properly

that's only the last step lol. not even regular dragons have dragonfire coded in & two types of attacks

Would it be difficult for, say Omar, Edub, you and me, if we all knew how to code and knew the way to code runescape? So a 4 human team?

How hard is it to code in other agility courses when you have one done?

All of the courses that are usable without quests are done, they're just very buggy x.X

What about Chaos elemental?

What about Chaos elemental?

Well first release 45 wild and above, by making the wild gate work or slashing webs possible to get there from ardougne lever.... or by making obelisks work.
Then code the Chaos Elemental by making it have 3 attacks that can deal either magic, ranged, or melee damage - it is impossible to distinguish what damage is dealt until the attack hits.
After that add its two special attacks. The first one teleports players a short space or several spaces away from it. The second attack unequips items that players are wielding, forcing them to take time to re-equip their armour and weapons before continuing the battle.

Since we don't have barrow items nor any good weapons, I'm sure no one would even get close to killing the Chaos Elemental...

Chaos elly would be a bit easier I guess, considering that we already have a AI for switching between attacks etc.

We might have to code in some stuff like the unequipping part, I'll see if I can get some bosses out with that API :c

Teleportation isn't diffcult to code, i think. The different attack damage is even easier, i think. Although the equipment removal sounds difficult. :P

I also believe that the gates to the level 45 wilderness do not work as well in addition to slashing web not working from the ardy lever.
