Can an Android version of the RuneRebels client be made? I think it'll be revolutionary for rsps'. Is it possible or not, because like Android apps are java so likeeee

It's been attempted before, and it's damn near impossible. Main reason that I'm aware of is that the device itself "technically" doesn't run Java applications. It's Java BASED (mainly in the syntax), but it does not use any type of JVM.
*EDIT* Pretty sure Google uses Dalvik.

But the apps are coded in java, I always thought it wasn't possible because android doesn't support JRE

It doesn't support JRE cuz no JVM :P

Sadly Android doesn't have any of the JDK libraries; It uses the Java language which makes porting the client easier, but it would still be very difficult.
