For iron smelting, does the chance to succeed increase as you go up in level until 80% at level 45? Is this feature functional on the server? Also- are there any rings of forging floating around/are they coded into the game?

First part of your question, yes. The smelting rate for iron works. As for ring of forging, what Prayer said. Not coded yet :/
