I would price the maul around 1mil
And there is an obsidian knife but the attack styles are not coded correcrly .

Demand for Obsidian Sword isn't high, but it's there, so I would assume it could have a price

It's best just to use your judgement on items that haven't been bought or sold before (or in enough quantities).
