Update Pack #15

The Slayer Skill has been released!
(http://www.allgofree.org/blitz/images/slayer.png)

Master Server
   - Refactored a lot of the old code to make it much cleaner.
   - Added player resyncing after login server reboots; so the login server can be rebooted while the game is live!

RuneRebels
   - Fixed staff website.
   - Fixed Gold and Silver crafting.
   - Fixed a bug with Kebabs.
   - Added the Slayer skill!

Shops
   - Fixed a bug where plugin created shops would not restock, and the items would disappear if their stock hit 0.

Magic
   - Fixed the requirements for the Fire Strike spell.

Bank
   - Fixed the Shanty bank chest.
