Not positively sure.

May I remind everyone that, by default speedtest.net records your speed in megabits. There's a difference between megabits and megabytes. If you were to find out your actual downloading speed, you'd divide your megabits speed by 8, and that is your actual maximum speed (depending on servers aswell).

(You can also modify the speedtest settings to record your speed in megabytes instead. Change settings here. (http://speedtest.net/user-settings.php) it's under speed measurement on the bottom.)
