can't seem to find any, the monsters just come round and attack...
I have found that one of the Tzhaar Ket's , the one to the right of the bank entrance if you're standing in front of it you can safe spot with the small lava craters.
There are a few safespots I know. If you see me online just pm me and I'll show you.
