~NPC updates~

- Rats now drop one bones.
- All Goblins now have proper drops.
- Shantay Guards now drop bones.
- Added Shantay Pass Shop
- Witch now drops bones.
- Removed extra bankers from South Bank in Ardougne.
- Added drops for Zombies
- Dwarf's now only drop one bones.
- Black Dwarf's now only have one drop group!
