Title: Giving Permissions to other devs for server functions

I don't know the behind the scenes of who has access to what, but I'm suggesting that more people like JT in the staff community have access to restart the server. It would help a ton in situations like now.

This is completely up to ryan, and that is the only person who can open it up to us, i have access to the website vps, but that is about it.

I assumed so. Just a suggestion for Ryan  :), because it seems hes busy alot!
