Make a board to report players, but make it so only staff and the OP can see it and post on it.
How are people supposed to report then? Also the report in-game button works as does the 'report to moderator' button on the forums.

Not reporting specific posts or threads, and the ingame reporting isn't set up yet.
I mean, make a board to report people ingame and on forums so you can provide more proof on forums, etc.
