Doesn't that hurt to look at? I'm pretty sure it only happened because of that thing where you get exp in a skill even though you have another skill selected. Is it too out of question to have my defense exp reset to default?

There should be a resetdef command if its between like 1-10 because i had the same problem on one of my pures and i quit it becuase of 2 def.

I'm sure the Dev team would help you out with this, I believe there is also a ::lockskill command to locks certain skills that you don't want to gain experience in, might want to look into that. :)
It says ::lockskill doesn't exist, so I guess I'll just wait for the devs to chip in. Thanks though.

Well. I don't know if the skill actually does or not. Might be a command that isn't for players, I remember reading a command list earlier and there was something to lock a skill.

Well, just make sure when you go to lock the skill, you type Defence and not Defense :)
Doubt it. This isn't their problem, its more yours. Would be supprised if they did reset it.

im 2 def now :( but i swore i had it selected on right atk style :( could they reset my def as well hopefully

Riipiin, this isn't the players fault it's a glitch, it happened to me a few weeks back when i started.
Yeah, I hope they're down to reset us. It's not like it makes a difference, but it's such an eyesore to look at lol. I like having my states be either 1, or multiples of 5.

I know for a fact that our 3 combat skills change on their own! I prefer to keep them all the same, so I do change them once I level one. They have a mind of their own, and I know this without doubt! It doesn't upset me though, but only because I'm not trying to be a pure.
So is there no chance of this happening?
Regardless of what anyone else says, people will say things to sound that they're smart, you don't have a 100% definite answer unless it's from a developer+
Your best bet would be to contact one of them.
I paid a little more attention to my problem today. Regardless whether I set it to defense or strength, if I log out, it sets my combat to attack.
Edited to add: It still shows the option, either defense or strength, as selected, even though the xp is going towards attack.
It also resets my Music, from off (which I prefer) to on.
I'm pretty sure I was thieving and I accidentally clicked attack on a man with an axe equipped, and it gave me defense exp a few times. I'm pretty sure I had aggressive selected, like I always do. Maybe the game selects defense but doesn't display it when you switch between certain weapons?
