The antifire restriction is from OSRS to prevent bots farming dragons.
This does not belong in a 2006 remake.

Ahh we'll make sure to have this fixed for the next update. We removed the requirements to equip the shield but must have forgotten about the potions. :\
Shouldn't we keep some OSRS new features to prevent bots & such?
Seems this has been fixed after testing, going to move this now.
