Second, let's click on this neat little area called the Jerba Control Panel.


Third, this very intimidating window will pop up, let's click the Security tab.


Fourth, LET'S MOVE THIS LITTLE BAR TO THE VERY BOTTOM.

I had the most troubles following this step, so pay attention closely.
MOVE IT DOWN TO MEDIUM AND CLICK APPLY.
Now you can play, go along little one. Get that booty on R-R and start slaving.

This will help with your future struggles to take pictures of countdowns.

Finally, I don't have to play CS with a bunch of pro asian players anymore, back to some good old R-R.

14 years old and I still play Counter-Strike (NO STEAM) 1.6 to this day. Does anybody still enjoy games over 10 years old?

This is because your variables aren't set right. Edit your run.bat and change
