This server has had less than 70 players for the longest time. So...I was wondering if something was wrong with the process of prs06 members migrating to this site.

I believe the back and forth explanation BS between the sites is still documented here and on runefort.com.  I concur with winning that the accounts will never be migrated.  Players from that site will have to level the old fashioned way here - by actually playing.
