Title: Internet Explorer
Post by: Drak on February 09, 2013, 05:33:47 pm: Every time I log in, in browser, it shows "It looks like you're using Internet Explorer, the worst browser on the web. Why not switch to a real browser, such as Safari, Google Chrome, or Firefox?" What do you have against Internet Explorer >:(
P.S My internet explorer is the fastest out of Google Chrome and Firefox, which I've tried both before. It just depends on the version lol.

I agree, extremely dangerous. Personally, I wouldn't use that browser with an enemy's computer. :]

Also, it doesn't play nice. When building pages, I do launch it because you have to constantly adjust things just so the IE users will see it correctly.

I quit using the IE back in 2000, and never looked back. Firefox all the way. :)

I do believe this is also true using a client that uses Java. Just stay up on all the reports, and keep Java updated. Also, keep your computer up-to-date, and your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs.

It really helps the owners of any site, if as individuals, we keep our own computers safe and secure.
