Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but i have made 18k iron knives, and i dont know where to use them.
Im 70 ranged.
Where would be the best place for loot/exp?

I would safe spot something while I alched. That's just how I train ranged though :)

Like... at the same time? Shoot, alch, shoot, alch? Or alch while you wait for a mob to respawn?

I don't think it's a good idea to use knives at the moment, they're bugged, I would wait till it's fixed ;)

while I want for a resplendent of course, might work better at red dragons while aching some noted unstrungs better but to each his own :)
