I'm going for 99 runecrafting so i need 652070 pure essence, how much is it so that i can get enough money to buy them.

130.4m if you buy them at 200ea :)
If i was you buy like 2k ess, make runes and sell them for money to buy more ess :p

I sell for 250 each. There's more than enough demand to sell at that price
