It looks at your current Prayer level rather than the total prayer level. You have to have full prayer points, or 31+, for it to work.
Try that and see if it works
She bumped it so Ryan could possibly notice/fix it in the next update.

Hello, I just started Farming and everything worked well until I came back to check my crops.
I planted Potatoes in the Southern Allotment in the picture above and when I came back the allotment only shows weeds and I cannot clear it or pick the crops.
This may be a common issue, but I just wanted to help by reporting the problem.

This has been a well known issue. If you're persistent, you may choose to grab a spade (not a rake) and remove what you've planted. It will still show the weeds right after doing so, but by removing your crops, everything will go back to normal... eventually. The "weed effect" should disappear after re-planting your crops and they begin to grow, but if it doesn't, just re-plant because it will eventually work.
I know this from experience.
